When you submit a Request a Cleen inquiry, we collect the contact, location, property, service, scheduling and optional notes you provide. We also record the referral source included in the page link so we can understand how people find us.

Green‑N‑Cleen Services LLC and Cleen‑N‑Connect use this information to review service eligibility and availability, respond to your inquiry, prepare the requested booking step, provide customer support and evaluate our marketing. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a booking or charge a payment method.

Communication and choice

We contact you about your inquiry only after you provide consent on the request form. You may ask us to stop marketing communications at any time. Operational responses concerning an active request may still be necessary.

Sharing

We do not sell your inquiry as a lead. Information may be shared with service providers supporting the requested cleaning, payment processing or business systems only as needed to operate the service and subject to applicable obligations.
